Work through the course, cook from the recipes, and if it isn't for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of your purchase. No explanation needed beyond a line or two, and no questions asked.
Refunds are handled by Stripe, our payment provider and the merchant of record for every order. When you send a request here it is recorded on your account and passed straight to Stripe, who refund the original payment method.
Money typically lands back on your card within 3–5 working days of approval. Your course access, favourites and meal plan close once a refund is approved.
Your payment receipt also carries a support link if you would rather deal with the payment provider directly, using your order reference.
