What members say

“I'd been told to lower my cholesterol for years and never could stick with anything. This was the first thing that actually felt doable. The swaps are so simple I forget I'm doing them. At my last checkup, my LDL was down 14%.”

“Honestly, I thought it was too simple to work. I almost didn't bother. But I gave it two weeks and my numbers moved. No dieting, no gym, no counting anything. I just made small changes and kept going.”
Katy, 49, WilmingtonKaty, 49, Wilmington
“My doctor asked what I'd been doing differently. That had never happened before. I showed her the course and she said whatever it is, keep doing it. This works!”

About the founder

The person behind this course

Andrius, founder of mycholesterolcare

My dad passed away after a stroke. I don't say that to make you feel something — I say it because it's the reason I take this seriously. When I was 40, tests showed my bad cholesterol was sky high and my good cholesterol was scraping the floor. My doctor put me on a heart-disease program and told me to change my diet. She gave me some general suggestions, sent me on my way, and that was it.

No one was actually guiding me. I'd start eating better, drift off within a week, and feel guilty about it. Same with exercise — I was busy working, and the gym always felt like a chore I just couldn't make myself prioritize. Three years went by. At my next appointment, my doctor told me she'd lost hope that I could improve things on my own. She put me on statins.

The numbers normalized. But over time, my triglycerides climbed — a lot — and eventually I was diagnosed with calcification of the pancreas. The medication had solved one problem and quietly created another.

That's when I started digging. I read everything I could find. I talked to doctors, nutritionists, and researchers. I tested things on myself, kept what worked, and threw out what didn't. What came out of all of it is this course.

It has helped me, and it has helped a lot of other people. But here's the thing I personally love about it: it's genuinely easy to follow. As you go through it, you might even feel a little underwhelmed. You might think, “Will this really work? It looks too simple.”

I understand that feeling. I had it too. But building small, healthy habits — the kind you barely notice — is what actually pays off. Not crash diets. Not tracking every gram of fat. Not gym memberships you never use. Just simple swaps, a gentle walking routine, and a way of cooking that's easy on your digestion and your schedule.

If you're where I was — told to lower your cholesterol, given vague advice, and left to figure it out alone — this is for you.
