mycholesterolcare is operated by Digio Apps LLC ("Digio Apps", "we", "us"). By using this website and the mycholesterolcare course you are contracting with Digio Apps LLC. By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

mycholesterolcare is a self-paced online course about managing cholesterol through food, movement and habit change, together with a recipe library, favourites and a meal-planning tool. The content is educational only. It is not medical advice and does not replace guidance from your doctor. Never start, stop or change a prescription based on anything on this site.

You must be of legal age in your country (or have the authority to bind your organisation) to purchase the course.

Some features require a free member account. You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The course is sold as a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the paid content. Our order process is conducted by Stripe, which acts as the merchant of record for our orders and handles payment processing, tax calculation and remittance, receipts, refunds and transaction-level support on our behalf.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Stripe's consumer terms. Refunds are handled under our 14-day refund policy.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam-related;
• infringe intellectual property rights (ours or anyone else's);
• interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning for vulnerabilities, or scraping the site;
• copy, resell, redistribute or share your course access with others;
• reverse engineer the service or circumvent technical limits or paywalls.

Digio Apps LLC owns the service and its content, including the course lessons, recipes, software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content for your personal use within your purchase. You retain ownership of anything you submit to us; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate these terms. When access ends, your right to use the paid content ends; refunds, where applicable, follow our refund policy. If your account is terminated you may contact us to request a copy of your personal data before it is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Digio Apps LLC is established, and disputes will be heard in its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
